Yusran is made by a small team; if you write, we read. Start with the common questions; the email is at the bottom.

The times differ from my local calendar.
Yusran computes times on your device; it is not an official calendar. Under Profile › Prayer and notification settings, check the calculation method (Diyanet or one of the international methods) and your location. If the difference persists, write to us with the method and the city.
The adhan does not play.
iOS Settings › Yusran › Notifications must be on. In the app, check the adhan sound and early reminder under Profile › Prayer and notification settings. The silent switch and Focus modes lower the sound; that is by design.
Is the qibla accurate?
Hold the phone flat and away from metal and magnets. When compass accuracy drops, the screen asks you to move the phone in a figure of eight. On a device without a compass, the map view is used.
How do I export or delete my data?
Under Profile › Data, export everything as JSON or choose “Delete all my data”. Deleting the app also deletes the data; we keep no copy.
I found an error in a verse, translation or hadith.
Send the reference (surah and verse, or hadith number) and a screenshot. Every record is stored with its source and version, so corrections are quick.
